CMM & 3D Profilometer
At Snider Precision, our QA department leverages advanced Keyence inspection devices to ensure precision and efficiency. The Keyence XM handheld CMM provides accurate measurements of dimensions and GD&T features, enabling easy and reliable inspections right from the shop floor. Additionally, the Keyence VL 3D scanner offers high-resolution, non-contact measurements and automatic CAD conversion, making it ideal for complex geometries. The Keyence VR 3D optical profilometer captures full surface data with 0.1 µm resolution, allowing for detailed analysis of surface roughness and geometric dimensions. Together, these devices enhance our inspection capabilities, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient accurate processes.
NIST & AS9102 FAI
Snider Precision ensures AS9100 compliance by utilizing NIST traceable inspection tools and measuring devices for critical dimensions. This guarantees the accuracy and reliability of our measurements, meeting stringent aerospace standards. Additionally, all jobs are generated and tracked with our advanced ERP system which guarantees traceability, accuracy and completeness of documentation for AS9102 packets. Our commitment to precision and quality ensures that we are consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
